Purpose The Manager, Cybersecurity Engineering is accountable for leading and managing a team of cybersecurity engineers supporting both the Information Technology (IT) and Operational Technology (OT) environments.
These teams support and provide cybersecurity services in the design, development, and maintenance of the organizations cybersecurity posture.
The Manager, Cybersecurity Engineering is accountable for ensuring security controls are appropriately applied and maintained through supporting projects and technology systems across the enterprise.

Manages the quality and delivery of cybersecurity engineering services and functions to the enterprise.
Manage and oversee the deployment of cybersecurity tools, technology, and systems across the IT & OT environments.
Manage the engineering team in the support of business projects across the enterprise.
Oversee Set the vision and roadmap for continued development and structure of the cybersecurity engineering team.

Proven Experience Leading People
At least a bachelors degree in Information Systems, Risk Management or related field.

years of experience in Technology risk and compliance roles
Adeptness and proficiency at leveraging wide range of technology tools and solutions to assess data, automate processes, and support a variety of fast growing and changing business needs
Excellent internal/external stakeholder management skills
Ability to multi-task and work in agile, changing and fast growing environments
Excellent understanding of how IT runs and its operational processes
